Privacy policy

As a user of our website, you will receive all the necessary information in this privacy policy about how, to what extent and for what purpose we or third-party providers collect data from you and use it. Your data is collected and used strictly in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). We are particularly committed to the confidentiality of your personal data and therefore work strictly within the limits set by the legal requirements. This personal data is collected on a voluntary basis where possible. We also only pass this data on to third parties with your express consent. We ensure a high level of security for particularly confidential data, such as your enquiries to us, by using SSL encryption. However, we would like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to the general dangers of using the Internet, over which we have no control. Particularly in e-mail traffic, your data is not secure without further precautions and may be collected by third parties.

Logging of access data

The delivery and presentation of content via our website technically requires the collection of certain data. When you access our website, these so-called server log files are recorded by us or the provider of the web space. These log files do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you and your person. The following data is logged and analysed each time our website is accessed and each time a file is retrieved:

- the address (URL) of the website from which the file was requested
- the name of the file accessed
- the date and time of the request
- the amount of data transferred
- the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)
- the description of the type of web browser or operating system used
- the shortened IP address

The IP address is stored by the web hosting provider for a maximum of seven days. It is then anonymised. For data protection reasons, however, the IP addresses in the log file can only be viewed in anonymised form from the outset. An example: 123.456.789.001 becomes anon-123-456-165-41.invalid

Cookies

When you visit our website, a session cookie is automatically set, which is automatically deleted when you close your browser. The cookie is only used for navigation and for displaying the web pages. This information is no longer available in subsequent browser sessions. There is no storage or evaluation of the user's access behaviour. You can also use our website without the use of cookies, which may mean that some displays and functions of our website only work to a limited extent. If you wish to deactivate cookies, you can do so via special settings in your browser. Please use the browser's help function to make the appropriate changes.

Content and services from third-party providers

The content on our website may also include content, services and performances from other providers that supplement our offering. Examples of such offers are YouTube videos, Facebook content such as videos, Soundcloud content for audio playback or other third-party content. Accessing these services from third parties regularly requires the transmission of your IP address. This enables these providers to recognise your user IP address and store it. We make every effort to include only those third-party providers who use IP addresses solely for the delivery of content. However, we have no influence on which third-party provider may store the IP address. This storage may be used for statistical purposes, for example. If we become aware of storage processes by third-party providers, we will inform our users of this fact immediately. In this context, please also note the special data protection declarations for individual third-party providers and service providers whose services we use on our website. They can also be found in this privacy policy.

Data for sending the newsletter (e-mail)

Our newsletter provides information about our artists. To receive the newsletter, you must provide a valid e-mail address, which will be stored by us. Further personal data can be provided on a voluntary basis. When you register to receive the newsletter, we store the date and time of registration in addition to the data entered.
All data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. Consent to the storage of data and its use for sending the newsletter can be revoked at any time. The cancellation can be made either via the unsubscribe link ("Unsubscribe from our newsletter"), which can be found at the end of each newsletter, or by sending a message to harald(at)mfm-booking.de. During each newsletter mailing, statistics are anonymised to record how many recipients have opened the email and how often which links were clicked on.
The stored data can be requested at any time via the e-mail address harald(at)sport-stars.online: This request must be sent from the e-mail address under which the user registered for the newsletter.

SSL encryption

Our website uses SSL encryption when it comes to the transmission of confidential or personal content from our users. This encryption is activated, for example, when processing payment transactions and for enquiries that you send to us via our website. Please make sure that SSL encryption is activated on your side for corresponding activities. The use of encryption is easy to recognise: The display in your browser line changes from "http://" to "https://". Data encrypted via SSL cannot be read by third parties. Only transmit your confidential information if SSL encryption is activated and contact us if in doubt.

E-mail security

If you send us an e-mail, your e-mail address will only be used for correspondence with you. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you wish to send us an e-mail with sensitive content, we strongly recommend that you encrypt it to prevent unauthorised access and falsification during transmission.

External offers

We assume no responsibility for the content or for the privacy policies of external offers.
